Sun Lee

Sun serves as counsel to lenders in connection with the origination and servicing of multifamily housing transactions involving conventional, affordable, tax-exempt, and seniors' housing loans. Sun's experience includes representing bond issuers and underwriters in various financing transactions, and representing both multinational companies and Korean banking clients on various corporate and transactional matters. Sun also has experience advising investors in Low Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) housing finance transactions, including lower-tier federal and state LIHTC deals.
