William Lasker is a skilled litigator with a proven track record of delivering strategic solutions and successful outcomes for clients. Will focuses on complex commercial disputes, with extensive experience across a variety of subject matters, including securities, commercial real estate, corporate governance, insurance, energy, and financial lending. Will also counsels clients on arbitration strategy, including compelling arbitration, and appears before arbitrators in JAMS and AAA.
Will has unique experience in First Amendment jurisprudence, including state anti-SLAPP laws and the Noerr-Pennington doctrine, which insulate a party from liability for exercising their right to protected speech.

Representative Matters
- Successfully defended the chief executive officer of international professional organization against claims for breach of fiduciary duty. The claims were ultimately dropped after an extensive internal investigation absolved our client of alleged misconduct.
- Served as a member of the legal team representing Twitter in successfully enforcing the acquisition of the company. In this capacity, played a key role in managing third-party discovery, overseeing extensive document review projects.
- Obtained favorable settlement for developer in $2.5 billion dispute involving a private ski resort. Prior to settling the case, we succeeded on summary judgment to defeat claims for violations of Utah anti-SLAPP laws and abuse of process.
