
Laura Krenz has 25 years of legal experience concentrated in commercial real estate. She is on the MSBA Real Estate Property Law Specialist board and is a long-time certified specialist. She focuses her practice in the areas of real estate development, financing, and leasing, and has significant experience with multifamily housing, mixed-use, office, and industrial properties.
She frequently advises owners, developers, lenders and investors navigating the complexities of public and private funding. Laura is familiar with all aspects of real estate transactions, from land acquisition and assembly, securing entitlements and financing, to development and leasing.
