Aliza R. Karetnick


Aliza Karetnick, Practice Leader of the Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Group, Co-Leader of the cross-practice Manufacturing and Consumer Products Team, and Co-Leader of the Class Action Litigation Team, is a trusted legal advisor and trial lawyer with a complex commercial, class action and intellectual-property litigation practice.

Aliza has particular experience working with companies in the personal care, cosmetics, flavor and food industries, often advising manufacturers and retailers that include large, branded companies, independent and emerging companies poised for growth, and myriad industry service providers. Because Aliza monitors trends and invests the time to learn her clients' businesses, she is a true partner relied upon to guide companies through governance and compliance matters, claim substantiation issues and litigation avoidance measures.
