Richard N. Hudock is a corporate attorney with more than 20 years’ experience in transactional and commercial law matters. He represents a broad range of public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity, debt financing, commercial agreements, and intellectual property licensing matters. His clients span industries, including life sciences, technology, energy, financial services, global manufacturing and specialty chemicals industries. In addition, Rich has served as outside general counsel on behalf of multiple clients.

In his more than two decades’ of practice, he has represented both public and private companies as in-house corporate counsel and as a lawyer in private practice. His extensive in-house experience has given him an insider’s understanding of his clients’ legal and business needs. He spent five years as Assistant General Counsel at Arkema, Inc, a publicly held specialty chemicals company. Before that, he was Corporate Counsel for Safeguard Scientifics, Inc.—an NYSE holding company that invests in emerging technology, life sciences, and health care companies—and General Counsel of Fiberlink International Corporation and Assistant General Counsel for Fiberlink Communications Corporation, an emerging growth software provider acquired by IBM.
