Michael Fausey advises consumer financial services clients in a range of corporate matters, including representing them in litigation.
As a law student, Michael completed several internships, including with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission. In that role, he drafted briefs which were filed in Pennsylvania Supreme Court and the Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court, drafted comments to FCC Notices, and attended hearings, conferences, and committee meetings. Michael also completed a judicial externship with the Honorable Cynthia M. Rufe in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania where he drafted judicial opinions and bench memoranda, including substantially contributing to a judicial opinion reported in the Federal Supplement, Third.
