
Kevin R. Cunningham focuses on health care and higher education finance, student loan revenue bonds, transportation (bridge toll revenue bonds and passenger rail), and traditional municipal bonds for water and sewer systems, prisons, office buildings, and general municipal purposes.
Kevin has extensive experience in a wide range of municipal bond financings, primarily taxable and tax-exempt public debt offerings. His transactional experience includes tax and revenue anticipation notes; derivatives transactions; securitization of industrial development loans and tax liens; financings for municipal pension obligations; industrial development projects such as pollution control and solid waste disposal facilities for utilities and manufacturing facilities; airport facilities; convention center and sports facilities financings; and financings for secondary schools, research institutions, and trade associations.
