Josh Bobich counsels closely held and family-owned businesses on mergers, acquisitions, corporate governance, succession planning, shareholder buyouts and a variety of other transactional matters. He has in-depth experience in the industries of technology, manufacturing, real estate, retail, and hospitality.
Josh is a member of the board of directors and executive committee for the nonprofit The First Tee of the Twin Cities, which seeks to improve the lives of young people by providing learning facilities and educational programs that promote character development and life-enhancing values through the game of golf.
