(Not)  for Sale: Chapter 5 Avoidance Actions

Writing in the American Bankruptcy Institute Journal, George H. Singer and a co-author took a look at the recent decision of In re Simply Essentials, LLC authorizing the sale of avoidance actions from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Iowa and soon to be considered by the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit.
