Ballard Spahr’s Judy Mok Named to Electronic Transactions Association’s Forty Under 40
Ballard Spahr’s Judy Mok, an attorney who represents some of the world's largest retailers and financial institutions in negotiating and drafting complex strategic partnership agreements for market-leading payments transactions, has been named to Electronic Transactions Association’s Forty Under 40 list.

Ms. Mok advises a wide array of participants in the payments ecosystem on complex commercial agreements and strategic partnership arrangements. In particular, she has significant experience in leading negotiations for co-branded and private-label credit card program agreements, payment network agreements, processing agreements, and portfolio purchase and sale agreements. Prior to joining Ballard Spahr, Ms. Mok served as Senior Payments Counsel for Apple Inc.
