Todd A. Reece

Todd A. Reece is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the International, Life Sciences and Technology, Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, and Securities Groups. Mr. Reece assists companies with financings, mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, corporate governance and compliance matters, and other business transactions and agreements. In addition, he assists early-stage companies with formation, structure, strategic relationships, venture capital financings, and other financings.

Before joining Ballard Spahr, Mr. Reece was a senior consultant at Arthur Anderson, LLP, in San Francisco and Salt Lake City (1998-2002).
