Beverly J. Quail is a retired partner at Ballard Spahr who continues to play an important role in the legal industry. Ms. Quail has been recognized as one of the leading real estate attorneys in the country and lends her considerable experience to organizations dedicated to maintaining legal excellence and promoting justice. She has served in the American Bar Association’s House of Delegates for 15 years and is the current Colorado State Delegate, following six years as the Colorado Bar Association Delegate.

During 42 years of practice, her skill with real estate financing and development transactions earned her a national reputation as a highly accomplished leader in those areas. Ms. Quail has represented insurance companies, pension advisers, and development companies in matters ranging from multimillion-dollar loan workouts and financings to the development, leasing, and sale of many types of properties.

Ms. Quail has been a frequent article contributor to numerous industry publications. She also has been a speaker and author for materials on real estate finance and development at the annual meetings of the Real Property, Trust and Estate Law section of the American Bar Association, American College of Real Estate Lawyers, and International Council of Shopping Centers Law Conference.
