Steven J. Newman

Steven J. Newman is an associate in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Resort and Hotel Group, Real Estate Development Group, Planned Communities and Condominiums Group, and Real Estate Finance Group. He concentrates his practice on real estate and resort development and general transactional law.

Representative Matters

• Represented buyers and sellers in connection with the acquisition or sale of resort hotels
• Counseled developer in connection with the development and leasing of shopping center
• Represented both lenders and borrowers with respect to construction and term loans
• Counseled timeshare developers in connection with the registration of timeshare products with state regulatory agencies for sales in various western states
