Martha S. Nachman is of counsel in the Real Estate Department and co-chair of the Real Estate Leasing Group. She is also a member of the Transactional Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, and Resort and Hotel Groups, and the Business and Finance Department.
Ms. Nachman represents clients in real estate acquisitions and dispositions, loans and leases, and condominium and other development matters. Her practice also focuses on advising investors and business owners in structuring and negotiating mergers, acquisitions, and sales of and investments in businesses. In addition, she assists clients with general business matters, including structuring business formations, drafting contracts, and negotiating term loans and other credit facilities.
Ms. Nachman has more than 25 years of legal experience working with clients engaged in a wide range of industries, including real estate, distribution, consumer products, commercial printing, telecommunications, and hospitality.
