Ms. Mullany is a frequent presenter in legal education courses. She has been co-chair and faculty for PLI's (Practising Law Institute) popular "Annual Disclosure Documents" securities law course every year since 2008, and presented "Overview of the JOBS Act and Practical Considerations; Dodd-Frank Act Updates and Private Placements Considerations" for the Pennsylvania Bar Institute's "Considerations in Private Placements: Intermediate and Advanced Topics" in August 2012.
