Timothy P. Martin is a partner in the Real Estate Department and a member of the Real Estate Finance Group and the Planned Communities and Condominiums Group. Mr. Martin focuses his practice on real estate acquisitions, real estate sales, and the development of common interest projects, particularly those that include commercial, residential, and mixed-use condominiums and community associations. Mr. Martin worked in the Office of Finance of the U.S. House of Representatives from 1987 through 1994.
