Tina R. Makoulian

Tina R. Makoulian is a partner in the Real Estate Department, Practice Leader of the Zoning and Land Use Group, and a member of the Real Estate Development, Real Estate Leasing, REITs, and Planned Communities and Condominiums Groups, as well as the Communications and Higher Education Groups. She concentrates her practice in the areas of complex real estate development, acquisition and disposition of commercial properties, commercial leasing, and zoning and land use.

Ms. Makoulian represents developers of hotels, headquarters, and other office buildings; shopping centers; medical, educational, and parking facilities; and single-family and multifamily projects, in all aspects of their transactions. In addition, her work includes representing land owners in the City of Philadelphia and surrounding counties to obtain zoning and land development approvals for a variety of development projects.

• Obtained land use approvals for development of a new ballpark for a Major League Baseball team
• Obtains land use approvals and development agreements for shopping centers and retail tenants both in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties
• Obtains land use approvals and development agreements for corporate headquarters and other office buildings
• Obtains land use approvals and development agreements for pharmaceutical research and development facilities and offices
• Obtains residential project development and land use approvals both in Philadelphia and the surrounding counties
