Aldie Jennings Loubier is an associate in the Real Estate Department. She is also a member of the Commercial Real Estate Recovery, Planned Communities and Condominiums, Real Estate Finance, Real Estate Development, and Transactional Finance Groups.
Ms. Loubier represents developers, real estate investment companies, and lenders in a variety of transactions, including real estate development, financings, acquisitions, and dispositions. She represents developers in condominium and mixed-use projects, including condominium conversions and new construction projects. In addition, she has significant experience representing borrowers and lenders in financing matters involving acquisitions, loan assumptions, syndicated credit facilities, leasehold mortgages, sale leasebacks, and bond financings.
Pro Bono Experience
Ms. Loubier has represented clients in landlord/tenant matters and quiet title actions. She also provides general representation to a local nonprofit organization.
