Brian W. LaCorte is a partner in the Intellectual Property Department and a member of the Intellectual Property Litigation, Patents, and Trademark and Copyright Groups. His practice is focused on patent, trademark, and copyright litigation as well as IP transactional work.

Mr. LaCorte has represented intellectual property owners in nationally recognized patent cases and has advised on trademark enforcement programs relating to Super Bowls XXX and XLII. He has extensive trial experience and frequently serves as a private arbitrator.
