William A. Hicks III

William A. Hicks III is a partner in the Public Finance Department and a member of the Higher Education and P3/Infrastructure Groups. He focuses his practice on tax-exempt finance, including general obligation, revenue, and special assessment bonds; lease-purchase certificates of participation; and nonprofit corporations.
