Jaclyn D. Foutz is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Commercial Litigation Group and the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Capital Recovery Group. Ms. Foutz has varied experience in advising clients on creditors' rights. She has represented creditors in collection and enforcement matters as well as in all facets of bankruptcy proceedings.
Before re-entering private law practice, Ms. Foutz founded and was General Counsel to Human Tribe Project, a patient support and fundraising website.
