Christopher J. Dodd is an associate in the Public Finance Department and a member of the P3/Infrastructure and Tax Groups, and the Municipal Recovery Initiative. He focuses primarily on serving as bond, underwriter's, borrower's, and disclosure counsel on public finance transactions for cities, counties, school districts, colleges and universities, hospitals, 501(c)(3) organizations, and state agencies.
Mr. Dodd's experience includes representations involving general obligation bonds, revenue bonds, and sale-lease and lease-purchase financings. He has researched and analyzed state and federal tax issues, negotiated and drafted financing documentation, and coordinated financing closings. Mr. Dodd previously served as tax counsel for the Transaction Privilege and Use Tax Division of the Arizona Department of Revenue.
