Monique Y. DeLapenha

Monique Y. DeLapenha concentrates on affordable-housing finance and regulation. She is experienced in structuring and closing mixed-finance/multifamily housing development transactions, as well as transactions in which equity is generated from Low Income Housing Tax Credits, tax-exempt debt, HOPE VI, and other public housing funding sources. Ms. DeLapenha also has substantial experience serving as transactional and bond counsel in a wide range of transactions, and has negotiated and drafted preliminary and final official statements, trust indentures, bond purchase agreements, and short- and long-term tax-exempt and taxable debt obligations.

Ms. DeLapenha is a former General Counsel of the real estate department for the Philadelphia Housing Authority.
