Jamie D. Cole is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, Securities, and Energy and Project Finance Groups. She concentrates her practice on advising clients on issues related to mergers and acquisitions, general corporate law, SEC reporting, and securities. Ms. Cole has represented public and private companies with mergers, asset and stock acquisitions and dispositions, and the acquisition and development of solar projects throughout the United States.

Ms. Cole is a former police officer for the City of Stow, Ohio (2001-2002).

Pro Bono Experience

Ms. Cole is a volunteer attorney for the National Veterans Legal Services Program. In that capacity, she represents injured veterans returning from combat in applying for Combat Related Special Compensation.
