Nathan W. Catchpole is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Consumer Financial Services, Mortgage Banking, and Appellate Groups. His practice focuses on defending banks and other lenders in consumer financial services litigation, including individual and class actions in the areas of mortgage banking, depository practices, credit reporting, and debt collection. Mr. Catchpole also works with banks and other lenders on federal and state regulatory compliance issues, including licensing and permissible fees.
Mr. Catchpole formerly served as a trial attorney for the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in Washington, D.C.
