Brittany A. Carver is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Franchise and Distribution Group. Ms. Carver concentrates her practice on representing franchisors in general business and litigation matters. She also advises franchisors in connection with franchisor-franchisee relations and trademark issues.
Pro Bono Experience
Ms. Carver is a volunteer attorney for the National Veterans Legal Services Program. In that capacity, she represents injured veterans returning from combat in connection with Army medical disability retirement proceedings.
