J. Thomas "Tad" Bashore II is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, Securities, and REITs Groups.
Mr. Bashore's practice involves real estate investment trusts and other public and private companies. He concentrates in business formation, corporation law and corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, public reporting and disclosure obligations, and public offerings of debt and equity securities.
