Alexandra Bak-Boychuk is an associate in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor and Employment Group. She counsels clients on employment polices and practices, including hiring, firing, and disciplinary procedures, and compliance with various employment laws, including Title VII, PHRA, FMLA, FLSA, and ADA. She also defends employers in employment litigation, including race, gender, and age discrimination, and sexual harassment lawsuits.

Ms. Bak-Boychuk has gained significant experience representing clients in state and federal courts, including collective action defense of wage and hour allegations under the FLSA, as well as before various administrative agencies.

Pro Bono Experience

Ms. Bak-Boychuk's pro bono work includes the defense of a nonprofit organization against unfair labor practice charges, as well as defense of other clients in Philadelphia Municipal Court.
