Muhammad At-Tauhidi is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Life Sciences/Technology, Tax Credits, and Securities Groups. He has experience with venture capital and private equity transactions, representing both emerging growth companies and private equity funds. Before joining Ballard Spahr, Mr. At-Tauhidi co-founded and managed an independent record label. He has also worked in the information technology industry.
Pro Bono Experience
Mr. At-Tauhidi helped a local food cooperative serving a distressed community form a new nonprofit entity and acquire 501(c)(3) status.
