Arlene J. Angelo is a partner in the Litigation Department and a member of the Labor, Employment and Immigration Group and Health Care Group. Her practice involves the representation of employers in a wide variety of labor and employment law matters, including labor arbitrations, negotiation and administration of labor contracts, union organizing campaigns, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) and Pennsylvania Labor Relations Board proceedings, and employment discrimination claims.

Ms. Angelo also counsels clients on a broad range of human resources issues, such as wage and hour questions, employment agreements and restrictive covenants, early retirement and reduction-in-force programs, and personnel matters in mergers, acquisitions, and asset purchases.

Ms. Angelo represents health care employers, including hospitals, long-term care facilities, and social service agencies; financial institutions; insurance companies; law firms; manufacturers; retailers; educational institutions; and other private and public sector employers. She serves as labor counsel to the Women's Business Development Center, a Philadelphia organization that provides support services to emerging and established women-owned businesses.

Before entering private practice, she served as a field attorney for the NLRB, Fourth Region (Philadelphia).
