Warde S. Allan is an associate in the Business and Finance Department and a member of the Securities, Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, Energy and Project Finance, and International Groups.
Before joining Ballard Spahr, Mr. Allan was an associate at Blake, Cassels and Graydon, LLP in Calgary, Canada, where he gained extensive experience advising on Canadian corporate and securities law matters, including representing clients on a number of cross-border transactions between the United States and Canada.
Mr. Allan advises investment dealers, public companies, and private companies in a variety of contexts, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, private placements, and other general corporate governance and compliance matters.
