Lucretia C. Clemons, a partner in Ballard Spahr’s Labor and Employment Group, has been named one of the city's "40 Under 40" by the Philadelphia Business Journal.
The award is given to recipients across various industries based on their exemplary professional accomplishments and community involvement. Honorees will be recognized at an awards dinner on May 24 and profiled in a May 13 supplement to the Business Journal.
Ms. Clemons' practice comprises a range of labor and employment counseling and litigation, with an emphasis on corporate diversity management. She has extensive experience in human resources and diversity counseling, and advises clients on diversity, cultural, and antidiscrimination issues.
