The Supreme Court of New Jersey established the Board of Attorney Certification to raise the competence level of lawyers in the state. In order to be designated as certified attorneys, candidates must demonstrate a substantial level of trial experience, pass a rigorous examination covering various aspects of civil trial law, and be favorably evaluated by their peers.
Mr. DeSantis joins the ranks of 1,550 board certified attorneys in New Jersey, out of the approximately 60,000 active lawyers in the state. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation with an emphasis on commercial, contract, personal injury, and redevelopment litigation.
