Craig Circosta, partner in the Business and Finance Department at Ballard Spahr, has been elected to the Board of Directors of Kids Smiles, Inc.
Kids Smiles works with children in underserved urban neighborhoods in Philadelphia and Washington, D.C., providing clinical dental services and access to oral-health education programs focusing on preventive care and positive dental health habits.

Mr. Circosta, a member of the Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity Group and the Securities Group at Ballard Spahr, focuses his practice on mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities matters for a range of public and private companies. He has worked on a variety of M&A transactions, including public and private mergers, stock acquisitions and divestitures, and asset purchases and sales.
