Trusts and estates attorney Adam T. Gusdorff has rejoined Ballard Spahr as of counsel in its Philadelphia office. He is a former associate with the firm.

Mr. Gusdorff, a member of Ballard Spahr's Family Wealth Management Group, will concentrate on litigation involving trusts, estates, guardianships, and other fiduciary matters, and will also handle non-fiduciary litigation. Before rejoining Ballard Spahr, Mr. Gusdorff was associated with Mannion Prior LLP in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania.

"We are extremely pleased to have Adam back with us," said Marilyn C. Sanborne, partner-in-charge of the Family Wealth Management Group. "His experience in Orphans' Court litigation will be of enormous value to our clients."

Mr. Gusdorff has represented both individual and corporate clients in a variety of matters before the Register of Wills and the Orphans' Court in all area counties. He serves on the Executive Committee of the Probate and Trust Law Section of the Philadelphia Bar Association, is an officer of the Probate and Tax Section of the Montgomery Bar Association, and frequently lectures on Orphans' Court matters.

"I am very happy to be returning to Ballard Spahr," Mr. Gusdorff said. "The trusts and estates practice has a long tradition in the region and is highly respected. I look forward to growing my practice here."
