Barbara Bagnasacco, a partner in Ballard Spahr’s Business and Finance Department, has been named to the advisory board of the Women Technology Council (WTC).
The Women Tech Council supports women in Utah's technology sector through mentoring, leadership, and resources. WTC works with the local business community to advance the visibility and development of women leaders and entrepreneurs.
Ms. Bagnasacco is Vice Chair of the International Group at Ballard Spahr and a member of the Life Sciences/Technology, Energy and Project Finance, Mergers and Acquisitions/Private Equity, Securities, Franchise and Distribution, and Corporate and Government Investigations and White Collar Defense Groups. She focuses her practice on international and domestic business transactions and mergers and acquisitions. She is a graduate of the University of Utah S.J. Quinney College of Law, the Institute of European Studies/International Labor Organization, and the University of Turn College of Law.
