Lee A. Storey, a partner in the Litigation Department of Ballard Spahr, has been named to the advisory board of the Center for Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity (CCSRE) at Stanford University.
The CCSRE is supported by more than 100 Stanford faculty members representing 15 departments and programs and five schools within the university. The center's research institute sponsors fellowship programs, seminar series, conferences, and other activities focusing on race and ethnicity dynamics in human relations. The CCSRE also houses undergraduate programs in African and African American Studies and Comparative Studies in Race and Ethnicity.
"I'm honored to join the advisory board," said Ms. Storey. "I look forward to aiding the center in furthering the study of factors that have had such a profound impact on our history and society."
Ms. Storey practices in Ballard Spahr's Phoenix office. She is a member of the firm’s Climate Change and Sustainability, Environment, and P3/Infrastructure Groups and leads the Water Rights Group. She counsels municipalities, water districts, and developers regarding water use, resource management, and entitlements under federal, state, and county regulatory programs.
