Christopher S. Chow, a noted bankruptcy attorney, today joins the Wilmington, Delaware, office of Ballard Spahr.
Mr. Chow is of counsel in the firm's Litigation Department and a member of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Capital Recovery Group. He focuses on complex Chapter 11 reorganization and liquidation proceedings, including prepackaged and prenegotiated restructurings, and represents corporate debtors, creditors, and purchasers. He'd previously practiced in the Wilmington office of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP and Affiliates.

Mr. Chow has recently provided pro bono legal service to the Asian American Legal Defense and Education Fund. He has also volunteered his services through the Lawyers' Committee for Civil Rights Under Law. He is a graduate of the University of Chicago Law School, University of Oxford, and Stanford University.
