Jon T. Pearson, an attorney noted for his work in bankruptcy, creditors rights, commercial litigation, and construction law, today joins Ballard Spahr's Las Vegas office.
Mr. Pearson, as associate in the Litigation Department, will be a member of the Bankruptcy, Reorganization and Capital Recovery Group and the Complex Commercial Litigation Group. He has represented businesses, trustees, and individuals in various types of reorganizations, including assisting in the successful resolution of a potential $65 million claim in a complex Chapter 11 matter.
"I am very much looking forward to being a member of the team at Ballard Spahr," Mr. Pearson said. "The attorneys here are working on some really interesting projects. I am eager to contribute my skills to those projects as well as growing my practice throughout the state."
