All of the assets of broadband service provider Open Range Communications Inc. are going up for auction on January 11 and 12, 2012, per its earlier filing in the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware. The debtor is backed by private equity fund One Equity Partners III LP, which is represented by Christopher S. Chow, of counsel at Ballard Spahr. The fund is part of One Equity Partners, the private investment arm of J.P. Morgan Chase.
