During a civil trial to determine the legitimacy of a disputed will in prominent Lehigh Valley attorney Peter Karoly's multimillion-dollar estate, the sole witness to the will said he wasn’t sure what he signed. John Shane said Karoly handed him only the signature page.
"There was nothing attached to the signature page?" Ballard Spahr attorney Marc Weinstein asked Mr. Shane. "That is correct," responded Mr. Shane.
Mr. Weinstein and Evan Krick of Ballard Spahr represent Mr. Karoly's sisters, who charge that another brother fraudulently created the 2006 documents.
