Sharifa A. Anderson has joined Ballard Spahr’s Baltimore office as an associate in the Public Finance Department and a member of the Housing Group. Before joining the firm, she was an attorney advisor at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. She also has served as a policy fellow, policy analyst, and senior business manager at Fannie Mae in the Housing and Community Development Division. She has an M.P.P from Harvard University and a law degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.
