Since 2006, Ballard Spahr real estate associate Joseph Lubinski has been a member of the ABA’s Real Property, Trust and Estate Law Section. He currently chairs the Timesharing and Interval Use Committee of the Section’s Hospitality Group and is a member of the Section’s Membership Committee. Through his Section involvement, he has spoken at the 21st Annual Spring Symposia on distressed asset financing and at the 22nd Annual Spring Symposia on timeshare resale scams. He is also a published author on the subject of distressed assets.
