Delaware’s two new specialty business courts, launched last year, hold a lot of promise, said Sean J. Bellew, a partner with Ballard Spahr’s Wilmington office. "The (business) courts are a well-thought-out development," Mr. Bellew said. "They are really an enhancement of the Delaware state court system and an enhancement to lawyers who practice in this state."
