Keith R. Fisher has joined Ballard Spahr's Washington office. Mr. Fisher will focus his practice on financial regulatory work, mergers and acquisitions, and appellate work. Before joining Ballard Spahr, he worked as a consultant advising on business, ethics, and regulatory projects. Mr. Fisher, an author of approximately 20 law journal articles and book chapters, also taught law school courses in banking law, international banking and finance, and legal ethics.
