Real Estate developers in the Keystone State got a much-needed boost when Pennsylvania Governor Edward G. Rendell signed into law a measure that extends until 2013 the expiration date on building permits that were in effect at the beginning of 2009. Michael Sklaroff, Chair of the Real Estate Department at Ballard Spahr, told The Philadelphia Inquirer, "It’s huge."
