With Congress poised to overhaul regulations for the nation's financial system, Baltimore law firms are gearing up to help guide clients through sweeping changes. Ballard Spahr has formed the Financial Institutions Task Force, a team of 24 attorneys from different practice groups throughout the firm. Teri Guarnaccia, Raymond Truitt, and Thomas Hauser, all partners in the firm's Baltimore office, are members of the task force. "We've had a lot of calls and e-mails from clients who are concerned about what all this means to them," Ms. Guarnaccia told the Baltimore Business Journal.
