To help clients understand and comply with the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, Ballard Spahr has formed a task force made up of attorneys whose clients span the sectors affected by the impending legislation. The task force will be headed by Alan S. Kaplinsky, Thomas H. Duncan, and Mary J. Mullany. It will issue regular legal alerts and will hold seminars and webinars on a wide variety of topics related to the new legislation.
