Hearings continued on St. Joseph's University's proposed plans for a reconfiguration and upgrades to the athletic fields it acquired from Episcopal Academy. The zoning board chairman expressed interest in wrapping up proceedings by the end of July. Michael Sklaroff, chair of Ballard Spahr's Real Estate Department, represents the university.
