Tenants, including Ballard Spahr, are beginning to move into CityScape, the mixed-use high rise development in the heart of downtown Phoenix. Karen C. McConnell, a partner at the firm, tells the Phoenix Business Journal, "Ballard wants to expand significantly in the Western U.S., and it was decided that Phoenix would be the hub of growth. We love our new space." Ballard Spahr's new 35,000-square-foot space increases its footprint by 10,000 square feet.
